Girls Basketball:
Los Osos and Flintridge Prep met up Thursday night at the Bonita Tip-Off challenge.
The win would earn a spot in Saturday’s title game.
And it was the Wolves that secured a championship game appearance with a 52-45 victory over the Grizzlies.
Maddie Smith had a game-high 19 points to go with three steals, three blocks, four rebounds and six assists.
Addison Lee chipped in with 11 points, four assists, two steals and a pair of rebounds.
Akemi Fu contributed seven points, six rebounds, three steals and one assist.
Katie Freitas led Los Osos with 14 points, and Tory Johnson had 12.
Up next: The Wolves will battle Rialto (3-0) on Saturday night at 6 in the Bonita Tournament title game.
