Flag Football:
Ayala won its eighth consecutive game on Thursday.
The Bulldogs had a 20-point lead at the half, and they held on for a 20-12 victory at Capistrano Valley.
Addison Gonzalez led the AHS defense with 12 flag pulls and an interception.
Three Ayala quarterbacks combined to go 17 for 34 for 148 yards, two TD’s and a pair of interceptions.
Chloe Keuilian and Mireya Castro had one score apiece.
Up next: The Bulldogs travel to Magnolia on Saturday night at 6:30.
The Sentinels (0-6) have yet to win a game, and they’ve been outscored by a combined margin of 261-28.
