The Rose Bowl 18U water polo program had a solid showing at the 2024 Junior Olympics last month.

The roster, made up of mostly San Gabriel Valley area athletes, finished fifth in San Jose.

They went 8-2.

The program leveraged their chemistry in high-pressure situations, often coming from behind to secure hard-fought victories.

With a total of eight victories, the Rose Bowl team managed to outpace many formidable opponents.

Their only setbacks came against teams that ultimately advanced further in the tournament, which underscored the competitive nature of the Junior Olympics.

Goalkeepers Dominic Campagna and Gael Lemus skillfully defended the nets.

Nicholas Karamian and Stephen Ramirez proved crucial in attack.

The defensive line was anchored by Chris Petrossian and Andre Touloumian.
