Boys Basketball:
Damien secured win No. 7 of the 2023-24 season on Monday.
And the Spartans put Ramona away early.
Damien claimed an 86-19 victory at the Ramona-Riverside Poly Tournament.
Jacob Allen had a game-high 15 points for DHS.
Elijah Smith, Jayden Avina and Xavier Clinton contributed 12 points apiece in Monday’s win.
Aaron Jones led Ramona with six points, while Andrew Green and Cary Moore had five points apiece in a losing cause.
Up next: Damien will battle Riverside King at 4.
The game will be played at Riverside Poly.
