In the first game of a Friday doubleheader against the IV Bucs, Czerniawski threw a seven-inning no-hitter.
The Pirates defeated the Bucs, 1-0, and then went on to pick up the sweep, claiming a 3-2 victory in game two.
Czerniawski walked two and struck out 12 IVB batters.
For the season, he has a personal record of 2-0, with a 1.12 ERA.
Czerniawski has walked seven and fanned 22 opposing batters.
The IVP enter the all-star week one-half game ahead of the second-place Ventura County Pirates.
