Softball:

Azusa finished the regular season with a 7-6 victory at second-place Nogales.

The Aztecs overcame an early 6-0 lead to finish fourth in the Montview League.

Juliana Canizales went five scoreless innings on four hits.

Jasmine Aguirre walked, had three singles, scored once and had an RBI for Nogales.

Jayda Eaton singled twice and scored, and Angelina Arcos walked, singled and scored.

Marina Sandoval singled and drove in a pair of runs for the Nobles.

Azusa got six runs (three earned) on six hits off Danielle Masana and one run on three hits against Bianca Valadez.

Jackie Castaneda homered and drove in two runs.

Kailee Miller singled, tripled, scored twice and drove in a pair of runs.

Raelene Rodriguez singled twice and scored.

Angelian Correos doubled and scored and Mia Pedroza singled and scored.

Natalie Sosa went 2-for-4, with a run.

Alexandra Caballero and Claudia Barron had one RBI apiece.
