Munoz & Juarez Score 5 Goals Apiece in West Covina’s 21-3 VVL Victory Over Webb

Boys Water Polo:

West Covina has won four of its last five Valle Vista League matches, including Thursday’s 21-3 victory over the Webb Schools.

The Bulldogs are tied for second place with San Dimas, and have scored 22 more goals than anyone in the VVL.

Ryan Diaz blocked 12 of the 15 shots he faced.

Matthew Munoz and Jeremiah Juarez paced the WCHS offense with five goals apiece.

In his first start, John Anderson made the best of it, and scored three goals.

Iziah Reyes, Ethan Lew and Zachary Elhussieny each chipped in with two goals.

Up next: WCHS will travel to San Dimas on Thursday for another VVL contest.
