Boys Water Polo:
Damien and Chino Hills have battled 20 times in their history.
And after Damien’s 15-10, Baseline League victory at Chino Hills, the Spartans are now 20-0 against the Huskies.
Damien entered the match just 4-12 overall and in next to last place, but they outscored first-place Chino Hills in the first three periods and cruised to victory.
Collin White led the way with seven goals.
Jamie Salazar chipped in with three goals, and Liam Gore and Lucas Gebhart added two goals apiece for the Spartans.
Jack Capasso paced the Chino Hills offense with four goals.
Tristian McCune and Cade Poulter contributed two goals each.
Up next: Damien will travel to Downey on Saturday morning at 11.
