RJ Smith played a sizeable role in Damien’s four victories this past week.
Monday: Smith hit seven 3-pointers and scored 29 points in Damien’s 85-66 nonleague victory at Charter Oak.
Tuesday: Smith chipped in with 13 points in the Spartans’ 103-50 Baseline League triumph over Upland.
Friday: In their second to last Baseline League game of 2021, RJ Smith contributed eight points in a nine-point victory at Los Osos.
Saturday: Smith capped the week with 24 points, including four 3-pointers in a 22-point victory over San Clemente.
Up next: The Spartans will welcome RCHS on Friday in the regular season finale.
Damien’s record: 25-2 overall and 6-2 in Baseline League games.
