Jordan Sheridan Goes 3-for-4, With a Home Run & Two RBIs; Bonita Shuts Out Claremont, 9-0

Bonita and Claremont were locked in a scoreless game in the Palomares League opener for both programs on Friday.

But in the top of the sixth inning, the Bearcats erupted for nine runs and Bonita would defeat the Wolfpack, 9-0.

Edrian Rangel got the win after six scoreless innings.

He allowed six hits, walked one and struck out seven.

Louie Allen had two of Claremont’s seven hits.

Gavin Eddy got the loss and was charged with five runs and the Bearcats got four more off of James Pirrie.

Jordan Sheridan went 3-for-4, with two singles, a home run, two runs scored and two RBIs.

Luke Mistone singled, doubled, scored twice and he drove in a pair of runs.

Jacob Flores doubled and scored and Logan Corthell had an RBI base hit.

Ryan Kozma walked twice and scored and Devon Diaz singled and scored.

Tyler Holley walked, singled, scored and had an RBI.
