Quotable:

Covina coach, Tim O’Leary: “We hit the ball really well today.  Out pitchers battled out there, but we didn’t play well defensively behind them. We got out to an early lead and the confidence is really growing.  We play our third consecutive road game on Tuesday, and we’re going to have to limit mistakes as we go deeper into the playoffs. I’m really proud of the way our guys are battling and coming together as a team.”
