Quotable:

Bonita coach, Darren Baumunk: “Today, we showed why our group believes we can make a real run. The poise, the defensive intensity, the way we responded in key moments — that’s the level championship teams have to reach consistently. I truly feel that we have yet to play our best softball, but I feel like we’re close.  Our hitting is getting contagious and we’re beginning to play with the discipline, confidence and togetherness you need to go deep into the postseason, and we’re clearly trending in the right direction. This was a great win for the Bearcats. All we heard lately was how good Ganesha was with all their EM sports academy players, and today, we provided proof to the area that Bonita has great players as well.”
