Baseball:
Pasadena finished off a successful 3-0 week in historic fashion.
The Bulldogs defeated Glendale (twice) and La Salle by a combined margin of 25-4.
In Friday’s 8-0 over their visitors from GHS, Pasadena’s Reese Kim tossed a no-hitter.
Kim was a walk and one hit batter from throwing a perfect game.
He struck out seven Glendale batters.
Sixty-one of his 80 pitches were strikes.
Jacob Herrera got the loss after surrendering seven runs on three hits, one walk and four hit batters in 3 2/3 innings.

Herrera fanned a pair of Bulldogs.
Kim even helped his own cause by going 1-for-2 with a pair of RBIs.
Dylan Derosier was hit by pitch, singled and scored.
Bruno Pierandozzi went 1-for-3 with a run and two RBIs.
Aaron Martinez was hit by pitch, walked and scored two runs.
Kai Cunningham went 1-for-2 with a walk, run and two RBIs.
Ryan Chen and Maximus Reynolds were hit by pitch and scored one run apiece.
Harrison Gwaltney singled in a run and scored.
Jayden Mendoza drove in a run on a sac fly.
