College Baseball:
PCC secured its three-game South Coast Conference series over their visitors from LA Harbor.
Trailing 5-3, the Lancers scored five runs in the bottom of the seventh and eighth innings to claim a 13-5 victory.
Pasadena scored at least one run off all seven LA Harbor pitchers.
Jonathan Bracamonte went six innings, and he allowed five runs (three earned) on eight hits.
Bracamonte issued one walk and fanned one LAHC batter.
Sergio Robles was credited with the win after going three scoreless innings and scattering three hits.
Robles didn’t give a free pass and struck out two.
River Martinez went 3-for-5 with two runs and an RBI.
Brandon Luna walked, singled twice and scored a pair of runs.
Aiden Brasher tripled in two runs.
Pup Ibanez-Eddy singled, tripled and scored.
Dominic Segura doubled in a run.
Andres Roman and Sam Arredondo had one hit apiece for the Seahawks.
Aaron Alba went 5 1/3 innings, and he was charged with three runs on two hits and four walks.
Hayden Nelson got the official loss after surrendering one run on two hits and a pair of walks over 2/3 of an inning.
Joaquin Salcedo had a monster afternoon.
Salcedo went 3-for-5, scored three runs, had a pair of two-run doubles and a three-run HR to finish with seven RBIs.
Logan Parker had a two-run single and an RBI double.
Isaac Ton drew a pair of walks and scored.
Omar Cisneros walked three times, singled and scored three runs.
Xiovany Ochoa walked and scored.
Luke Bauer drew a pair of walks and scored twice.
Chris Torres went 1-for-2 with two walks, three runs and an RBI.
Gabe Martinez had an RBI ground out.
The stat of the day had to be the seven Seahawks pitchers combining to walk 11 and strike out just three PCC batters.
Up next: The Lancers travel to Rio Hondo on Tuesday to open a three-game SCC series with the Roadrunners.
