After dropping three National Classic tournament games, Damien finished strong with a 6-1 victory over Bishop Amat.
Tyler Swilling went three innings, and he allowed one run on five hits and a walk.
Bryce Eddy provided two scoreless innings in relief.
Eddy surrendered just one hit, issued one walk and registered two strikeouts.
Isaiah Seawright recorded two perfect innings in relief, including a pair of strikeouts.
Joaquin Ortiz walked, singled and scored.
Ryan Salcedo had a pair of singles.
Nolan Guzman and Roman Spencer singled for the Lancers.
Santiago Ramirez singled in Ortiz in the bottom of the first inning.
Joe Sanchez got the loss after surrendering four runs on five hits over four innings.
He walked three and fanned four DHS batters.
Elius Kelly went 2-for-3 with a walk and solo home run.
Brady Bickham had an RBI single in the first and an RBI double in the sixth inning.
Ryan Gonzalez went 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI single.
Oliver Hines walked and had an RBI single.
Michael Mansour and Gino Tarzia walked, singled and scored one run apiece.
Maxwell Ewers singled and Aiden East scored in the DHS win.
