Baseball:
The South Hills victory tour continued on Tuesday afternoon.
The Huskies improved to 12-1 after a 4-0 victory over their visitors from San Dimas.
Christian Santoyo tossed a four-hit shutout.
He walked three and fanned a trio of Saints.
Fifty-five of his 93 pitches were strikes.
Eleazar Santillan, Louie Farias, Dean Brosterhous and Anderson Markese had one hit apiece for SDHS.
Brosterhous was saddled with the loss after being charged for two runs on six hits over four innings.
He issued one walk and registered three strikeouts.
SHHS got to Logan Hopper for two runs on three hits over two innings of work.
Hopper gave away two free passes and struck out three.
Carson Baker had an RBI single in the sixth and doubled.
Gabe Guerrero drove in a run on a sac fly.
Diego Villarreal walked, was hit by pitch, singled and scored.
Paxton Czubek had an RBI single in the third and scored.
Victor Merlos singled in a run.
Aiden Gomez singled and scored.
Richie Soto and Hudson Hempel walked and had one single apiece.
Ayden Vieth singled and pinch-runner Adam Vega scored.
Up next: The Huskies go for the three-game sweep on Thursday at SDHS.
