Baseball:
Etiwanda had a solid week.
The Eagles went 3-1 in spite of playing in four consecutive days.
And their only loss was a 4-3 setback at Great Oak on Monday.
EHS followed that with wins over Dana Hills (13-6), Rancho Cucamonga (4-1) and Brea Olinda (10-1).
Nathan Perez went six innings to earn the win.
He allowed one unearned run on two hits.
Perez issued a pair of walks and registered three strikeouts.
Landon Durmisevich got the final two outs, including two via strikeout to close out the victory.
Cameron Kudron and Leo Arcos had one hit apiece to account for the BOHS offense.
Deacon Britton was hit by pitch, and he came around to score on an error.
Dylan Arias was saddled with the loss after allowing five runs (two earned) on four hits over 2 2/3 innings.
Arias walked five and fanned four EHS batters.
The Eagles got to Deacon Britton for five runs on eight hits over 3 2/3 innings.
Britton gave out four walks and struck out two.
Jaxson Milius went 2-for-4 with a run and a three-run double in the seventh.
Derick Kim was hit by pitch, drew three walks, singled and scored a pair of runs.
Adam Ornelas went 3-for-5 with a run and one RBI from the leadoff spot.
LJ Roellig walked, doubled in a run and scored.
Frank Gonzales went 2-for-3 with a double, run and one RBI.
Angel Mejia walked and scored.
Aidan Dimas was hit by pitch with the bases loaded, and he singled in a pair of runs.
Luke Severns walked and singled.
