Boys Hoops:
With three games remaining in the 2025-26 regular season, Bonita finds itself just one-game back of first-place Ayala and Walnut.
The Bearcats improved to 4-3 in Palomares League games after Friday’s 74-42 victory at Claremont.
And BHS plays Walnut, Glendora and Ayala in that order.
Bonita led 35-17 at the half, and 59-31 after three quarters.
Beau Rudometkin scored a game-high 20 points.
James Kim chipped in with 16 points, and Brayden Henderson contributed 12 points in the win.
Ja’Mahri Smith led Claremont with 18 points.
Nolan Zitar finshed with nine points in the loss.
Up next: BHS travels to Walnut on Wednesday night.
