Volleyball:
Bonita evened its Palomares League record at 2-2 on Monday night.
After dropping the first game, the Bearcats secured a four-set victory over last-place Walnut.
BHS won by scores of 23-25, 25-16, 25-17 and 25-19.
Junior Natalia Gerber had 12 kills 11 digs and a block.
Sophomore Layla Diekman contributed nine kills, two blocks and a pair of aces.
Sophomore Shyanne McCutcheon chipped in with 18 digs and two aces.
Up next: The Bearcats travel to Glendora on Wednesday evening at 5:30.
