Volleyball:
San Dimas made short work of South Hills in a Hacienda League opening showdown.
The Saints swept the Huskies, and they improved their season record to 15-8.
SDHS won by scores of 25-7, 25-6 and 25-23.
Jayden Hanson led the offense with nine kills and 15 assists.
Taylor Smith and Savannah Clelland contributed six kills apiece.
Natali Starkey had six aces and 15 digs.
Maddison Bulick chipped in with nine digs.
Up next: The Saints host Alta Loma next Tuesday at 6.
