Girls Basketball:
La Salle ended its 2021 spring basketball season 9-4.
The Lancers defeated Hillcrest Christian, 47-22, on Friday afternoon.
La Salle sat four of its starters to get ready for the playoffs.
But a pair of freshman really stepped up.
Aubrey Ramos scored a game-high 14 points.
And Avery Ward added 10 points and 15 rebounds.
Alexa Hume and Hannah Skow scored eight points apiece for Hillcrest Christian.
Up next: La Salle will gets its first-round playoff matchup on Sunday at 10.
