Etiwanda is the final Baseline League program remaining in the 2025 playoffs.
The Eagles cruised to a 6-1 victory over their visitors over Gahr in the second round of the CIF-SS Division 2 playoffs.
Nico Hamilton went six innings and allowed just one run on four hits to earn the win.
Hamilton issued two walks and registered four strikeouts.
Noah Frias got the final three outs including one via strikeout.
Jake Curneen went 1-for-3 with one RBI.
Nate Guangorena doubled, while Andres Gonzalez and Alex Martinez had one single apiece for the Gladiators.
Noah Irwin got roughed up for five runs on seven hits over two innings.
Irwin walked two and fanned a pair of Eagles.
Angel Mejia went 2-for-4, including a grand slam in the bottom of the second to give EHS a 5-0 lead.
Jaeden Toki had a pair of singles, one being an RBI base hit in the first inning.
Frank Gonzales singled and scored.
Ryan Severns singled three times and scored twice.
James Milam walked, singled and scored a pair of runs.
Up next: EHS will host Servite on Friday at 3:15.
The Friars (17-13) pounded Canyon, 12-1, on Tuesday afternoon.
