Miguel Castillo made program history on Monday afternoon.

The Muir senior tossed a five-inning perfect game.

MHS defeated their visitors from Eagle Rock, 10-0, in 4 1/2 innings.

Obviously, Castillo didn’t surrender a hit or walk a batter.

And he fanned four ERHS batters.

Of his 50 pitches, 34 were strikes.

Joaquin Carrasco got the loss after allowing nine runs (five earned) on eight hits over 3 1/3 innings of work.

Conrad Hunziker IV went 2-for-4 with a pair of doubles, two runs and one RBI.

Arturo Ayers singled twice and scored a pair of runs.

Bryant Soriano went 2-for-3, scored twice and drove in one run.

Max Huizar had an RBI single.

Kahlil Rishwain drew a pair of walks, singled, scored twice and had one RBI.
