Girls Basketball:
Glendora responded well to its worst offensive night of the year.
On Thursday night, the Tartans managed just 25 points in a 45-25 loss to their visitors from Bonita.
They hit one 3-pointer.
Fast forward five days, and GHS hit nine 3’s and cruised to a 64-48 victory at Walnut in the Palomares League finale.
Glendora jumped on the Mustangs early, as they led 18-2 after the first quarter.
Mia Reyes scored a game-high 20 points, and that included four 3-pointers.
Reagan Herrmann chipped in with 18 points.
Brianna Gomez had four 3’s of her own, and she finished with 14 points.
Claire Olia led Walnut with 19 points.
Kameryn Perea-Saupan scored 14 points in the loss.
GHS finished fourth in the Palomares League.
