Girls Basketball:
Flintridge Prep didn’t just secure a Bonita Tip-Off Classic title.
The Wolves dominated their way to the crown.
FP defeated Cajon, Claremont, Los Osos and Rialto by a combined margin of 243-147.
On Saturday night, Prep and Rialto were locked in an 18-18 tie at the break.
The Wolves, however, went on a 35-19 run in the second half to claim victory.
Maddie Smith, the tournament MVP provided 16 points, 11 rebounds, seven assists and four steals.
Addison Lee contributed 15 points, five rebounds, three assists and one steal.
Miya Naruko added seven points and four steals.
And Megan Quoch had six points and three rebounds.
Jackie Polk (18), Carrington Davis (10) and Destiny Rabino (9) accounted for all 37 Rialto points.
Up next: The Wolves will host Keppel on December 3rd at 7.
