Quotable:
South Hills coach, Jacob Calderon: “We started off slow and let those first-game jitters get the best of us in the first quarter. But once we settled down, we were able to lean on our offensive line and pound the rock. We had a lot of self-inflicted mistakes that are fixable in practice, and it’s always nice to do it after a win. We are excited to start off the season on a good note, but it’s just the start. We are turning the page, and we’re looking forward to the next challenge.”
