Brock Foulds Goes Six Scoreless Innings & Doubles in Two in Rancho Cucamonga’s 3-0 Victory at Glendora

Brock Foulds had a huge impact in Thursday’s 3-0 victory at Glendora.

The Rancho Cucamonga junior provided six scoreless innings and struck out six.

At the plate, Foulds went 2-for-4, with a run and a single.

And it was his two-run double in the top of the sixth inning that gave the Cougars a 2-0 lead.

Jacob Peyton got the final three outs to earn the save.

Mizuki Williamson, Caleb Nguyen, Aidan Yamazaki and Dutch Burbidge had one single apiece to account for the Glendora offense.

RCHS got to Aaron Jacobsen for two runs on two hits over his five innings.

Jacobsen walked a pair and struck out six RCHS batters.

Jordan Garrison went two innings and allowed one unearned run on two hits.

Garrison issued one walk and struck out two batters.

Derek Almeda walked and had an RBI double.

Josh Almeda walked and scored.

Up next: Weather permitting, GHS travels to Ontario Christian this morning (Saturday) at 11.

On Monday, RCHS hosts Adelanto at 3.
