After opening South Coast Conference play 0-4, the Pasadena City College baseball program earned its first conference victory on Thursday.
The Lancers pounded out a 13-5 victory over their visitors from Rio Hondo College.
PCC out-hit RHC, 17-8.
Jameson Ferraro improved his personal record to 2-2 after going seven innings and allowing five runs (four earned) on six hits.
Ferraro issued one walk and struck out five.
Ferraro did give up three home runs, but each of the three were solo shots.
Aiden Nunez provided Pat McGee two scoreless innings of relief.
Michael Salcedo doubled, scored twice and hit a solo home run.
Edgardo Lorenzo went 2-for-4, with solo shot and scored twice.
Ethan Orton had the other solo HR for RHC.
Logan Mikel singled and had an RBI ground out.
Ramon Brion was saddled with the loss.
Brion surrendered eight runs (six earned) on 10 hits over four innings.
He walked one and fanned one batter.
Each of the nine PCC starters had at least one hit, and six totaled two hits or more.
Bryan Richman walked, singled twice, tripled, scored four runs and drove in one from the leadoff spot.
Mark Manuel went 2-for-4, scored once and finished with three RBIs.
Adrian Roman singled, doubled, drove in a run and scored twice.
Devin Munoz walked, singled, scored twice and had an RBI.
Thomas Villaneuva went 3-for-5 with a double, run and three RBIs.
Jack Esguerra walked, singled and had an RBI double.
Evan Nahra walked, doubled, scored and drove in one.
Evan Coad singled twice, scored and had one RBI.
Ryan Ivanyi singled and scored.

Up next: The Lancers travel to Rio Hondo College today (Friday) at 1.
The game was originally scheduled for Saturday, but both programs hope to dodge this weekend’s impending rain by moving the game up one day.
