Boys Basketball:
San Dimas needs a Wednesday victory at Covina to secure an outright Valle Vista League championship.
The Saints defeated their visitors from Northview, 54-37, on Monday.
SDHS improved to 8-1 in VVL games, and they hold a one-game lead over Diamond Ranch (7-2) with one to play.
Logan Hodson had a game-high 19 points, including two 3-pointers and 13 rebounds.
Levi Sinclair contributed 15 points and six rebounds.
Nathan Yearout chipped in with 10 points, and he went 7-of-8 from the free-throw line in the fourth period.
Nick Santillan led Northview with 11 points.
Justus Peoples and Alexander Medrano finished with seven points apiece for the Vikings.
