Girls Basketball:
La Salle and JSerra met up on Wednesday in the Gary Houston Winter Classic.
It was also a battle of unbeaten programs.
The Lancers improved to 10-0 after a 48-41 victory.
Kaden Cortes scored 13 points to lead La Salle, and she hit the Lancers two 3-pointers.
Casey Higgins chipped in with 12 points and Audrey Chen had 11.
JSerra’s Rosie Santos led all scorers with 15 points.
Up next: The Lancers face Temple City (5-4) on Thursday at 4.
