Ayala Gets 18 Points From Nathan Cipriano in Wednesday’s 68-52 Victory Over Alta Loma; Bulldogs Catch Glendora in Palomares League Standings

With Ayala’s 68-52 victory over Alta Loma on Friday night, and with four games to go, the Bulldogs have caught Glendora for second place in the Palomares League.

It’s no secret that Colony will retain its league championship, but that battles for the No. 2 spot adds plenty of intrigue over the next week and a half.

Ayala had 12-point lead at the half and never looked back.

Nathan Cipriano had a game-high 18 points for the Bulldogs.

Zack Murphy had 15 points and Jermaine Rogers chipped in with 13.

Dirk McCoy had a team-high 13 points for Alta Loma.

Kye Conway and Brandon Moore pitched in with eight points apiece for the Braves.

Up next: Ayala travels to Claremont on Friday.

The Braves travel to Colony.
