Boys Basketball:
One night after dropping its first Valle Vista League game of the season at Charter Oak, the San Dimas boys program welcomed Northview to its gym.
It wasn’t a great night offensively for either school, but the Saints defeated the Vikings, 38-3o, on Saturday night.
SDHS had an 18-8 lead at the half, thanks to a 13-5 surge in the second quarter.
Aaron Park had a game-high 12 points for San Dimas.
Ethan Chavez scored all nine of his points from behind the 3-point line.
For Northview, Leo Tovar had eight points and Emilio Perucho chipped in with six points.
Up next: San Dimas and Northview will both be in action on Tuesday night.
The Saints travel to West Covina, and the Vikings will host Covina.
