Northview secured a two-game Valle Vista League sweep over Wilson by scores of 12-2 and 10-0 on Wednesday and Friday, respectively.
The Vikings out-hit the Wildcats by a combined 24-5 over that two-game stretch.
With two games to play against last-place Rowland, NHS is likely to finish VVL play at 7-3.
They currently sit one-game back of second-place Covina.
Fernie Casas went four scoreless innings and allowed one hit.
Casas issued one walk and registered four strikeouts.
Nate Arellano provided one scoreless inning in relief and he allowed one hit, a walk and struck out one WHS batter.
Eduardo Velasco and Rob Drieslein had one single apiece for the Wildcats.
Brandon Aros was stuck with the loss after surrendering five runs on five hits and three hit batters over three innings.
Aros walked two and fanned a pair of Vikings.
NHS got to Eduardo Velasco for five runs (four earned) on seven hits and two walks over 1 1/3 innings.
