Dylan Derosier had a memorable Thursday.

Derosier tossed a complete game in Pasadena’s 4-2 victory over Hoover to secure a two-game Pacific League sweep.

He surrendered a pair of runs on four hits.

Derosier issued a pair of walks and registered eight strikeouts.

Sixty-nine of his 106 pitches were strikes.

Owens Mark had a two-run single in the bottom of the fourth.

Jesse Carbonneau and Alex Weimar walked and scored one run apiece.

Kieran Sinta doubled and Jordan Mahler singled.

Marks got the loss after allowing four runs (three earned) on seven hits over five innings.

Marks walked one and fanned six PHS batters.

Derosier hit a solo home run in the third inning and he doubled in a run in the fourth.

It was his first career home run.

Jayden Mendoza doubled and scored.

Kai Cunningham singled and scored.

Bruno Pierandozzi walked and singled.

Aaron Martinez walked, and had an RBI single in the top of the second inning.

Reese Kim reached base on a fielder’s choice and scored.

Maximus Reynolds singled and doubled.
