The Eagles claimed an 8-5 victory at Chino Hills.
In the last two games, EHS has scored 10 total runs in the first inning on Monday and Wednesday.
Etiwanda now had a 2.5 game lead over second place Damien.
Landon Durmisevich went 3 2/3 innings, allowing five runs (three earned) on six hits and three walks.
Charles Stube provided 3 1/3 scoreless innings in relief and scattered three hits.
Stube didn’t issue a walk and registered three strikeouts.
Jacob Jimenez had an RBI double, a solo home run and two runs.
