Maranatha pounded their way to an 11-3 Olympic League victory at Village Christian.
The Minutemen out-hit the Crusaders 14-5, including a 3-0 advantage in extra-base hits.
MHS is now 7-1 with four league games to play.
Kaleb Derosier went five scoreless innings and allowed one hit to earn the win.
Derosier issued a pair of walks and registered seven strikeouts.
Gabe Barragan got the final three outs, including two via strikeout.
Gabriel Bagasao and Noah Porter walked, singled and scored one run apiece.
Cruz Severo went 1-for-3 with an RBI.
O’Neill Monahan singled in a run and scored.
Truman Clark got the loss after allowing seven runs (three earned) on seven hits over four innings.
Clark walked one and fanned three.
Maranatha got to Nolan Hoff for four runs on seven hits over the final three innings.
Hoff issued one walk and registered two strikeouts.
Derosier helped his own cause with a solo home run in the top of the seventh.
Will Suslow singled, doubled and scored.
Trevor Rivas had an RBI single, scored and drove in another on a sac fly.
Jayden Morales went 4-for-5 with two runs and an RBI.
Gabe Barragan walked, singled and scored.
Yahir Treto singled twice and scored.
Noe Zavala walked, singled and scored.
Michael Herman tripled in a run and scored.
Lukus Perez singled, scored and had an RBI ground out.
Moses Alvarez had an RBI single in the seventh and scored.
