Baseball:
After consecutive losses to Vista Murrieta and Ayala, the Chino Hills baseball program dropped a 12-3 beatdown on their hosts from La Serna.
The Huskies out-hit the Lancers, 14-6.
Philip Villa got the loss after surrendering six runs (four earned) on four hits over two innings.
Villa walked two and fanned one CHHS batter.
Brooks Buoncristiani went 4-for-4 with a double, two runs and three RBIs.
Jacob Jimenez scored three runs, hit a solo HR, had an RBI double and drove in another on a sac fly.
Brody Buoncristiani drew a walk, singled and scored a pair of runs.
Gabriel Hernandez walked twice and scored once.
Andrew Baldomino went 2-for-4 with a run and three RBIs.
Ryan Dabuet doubled and scored.
Branden Kim walked and scored.
Xavier Romero singled and scored.
Nick Gonzalez had a two-run single in the top of the third inning.
Taylor Pierson singled in the win.
Jacob Hernandez went six innings to earn the win, and he allowed three runs (two earned) on five hits.
Hernandez issued one walk and registered five strikeouts.
Max Zaldivar got all three of his outs in the seventh via strikeout.
Adrian Dominguez had three doubles, a run and one RBI.
Xavier Becerra doubled and scored.
Chris Soto had an RBI double.
Alexander Torres singled in a run.
