Last Friday, Rancho Cucamonga secured a 6-3 victory over their visitors from Alta Loma.
On Wednesday, the Lions prevailed, 8-4, to pay the visiting Cougars back.
Grant MacCharles went four innings to earn the win, and he was charged with two runs (one earned) on four hits.
MacCharles walked one and fanned five RCHS batters.
Maddox Delgado provided three innings in relief, and he allowed two runs (one earned) on three hits.
Delgado issued one walk and registered three strikeouts.
Rowan Suchanek doubled twice and scored a pair of runs.
Grant Thomas singled in a run and drove in another on a sac fly.
Richie Duran had an RBI double.
Ethan Diaz walked and scored.
Chad Tanner went 2-for-3.
Jared Mock doubled and Trevor Newman scored once.
Grant Thomas got the loss after allowing six runs on 10 hits over 3 1/3 innings.
Thomas walked one and fanned one ALHS batter.
Edward Garbo went 3-for-3 with a walk, triple, two runs and a pair of RBIs.
Logan Sein singled, doubled, scored a pair of runs and drove in one.
