Baseball:
Pasadena pulled off the two-game Pacific League sweep of Burbank on Friday.
Three days prior, PHS pounded out a 16-6 victory at BHS.
And today, Dylan Derosier and Reese Kim combined on a one-hit shutout in a 6-0 victory over Burbank.

Derosier went six innings and surrendered just one hit.
He issued one walk and registered four strikeouts.
Of his 78 pitches, 47 were strikes.
Reese Kim got the final three outs, including two via strikeout.
Julian Recinios had the only base hit for BHS.
Ryland LeClair got the loss after surrendering six runs (four earned) on nine hits over four innings.
LeClair walked two and fanned eight PHS batters.
Max Reynolds had a huge afternoon, going 3-for-4 with three RBIs.
And that included an RBI single and a two-run HR in the bottom of the fifth inning.
Kim singled and scored.
Derosier helped his own cause, going 2-for-4 with a run and two RBIs.

Ryan Chen had a pair of singles and scored two runs.
Bruno Pierandozzi walked, singled in a run and scored.
Up next: The Bulldogs travel to Crescenta Valley on Tuesday in the first of a two-game series with the Falcons.
Quotable:
Pasadena pitcher, Dylan Derosier: ‘I felt very confident on the mound, and I knew my team was there to back me up. I wanted to throw a lot of first-pitch strikes, and I was able to do that. I was extremely happy to do my part in helping our team win a couple games this week. Max Reynolds had three hits today, including a 2-run home run and three RBIs, and he’s played at an elite level all season. I felt like we had great chemistry all week. We thought we could earn the sweep if we played together and didn’t make a lot of mistakes. Reese Kim also played a big part in the sweep at the plate, in the field and on the mound. If we continue to work hard and get better daily, I think we’re capable of earning a playoff spot.”
