Two Claremont pitchers combined to allow one run on two hits in Saturday’s 2-1 victory over Barstow.

Reed Miller went four innings to earn the win.

Miller surrendered one run on two hits.

He issued one walk and registered seven strikeouts.

Gil Perez earned the save by providing three scoreless and hitless innings in relief.

Perez walked one and fanned four BHS batters.

Robert Shipley walked and singled in a run in the top of the first inning.

Ben Seidenkranz had the other base hit for the Aztecs.

Shipley got the loss after surrendering two runs on four hits and a pair of walks over four innings.
