Reagan Herrmann & Remy Caine Combined for 45 Points in Glendora’s 60-45 Victory Over Los Altos in First Round of D-2 Playoffs

Glendora opened the CIF-SS Division 2 playoffs with a 60-45 victory over their visitors from Los Altos.

The Tartans held a four-point lead at the break, and they went on a 20-8 run in the third quarter.

The No. 1 seed got 45 of their 65 points from Reagan Herrmann and Remy Caine.

Herrmann led the way with 26 points, including a 4-of-5 effort from the free-throw line.

Herrmann also tallied six rebounds, seven assists and five steals.

Remy Caine went 4-of-8 from 3-point land, and she finished with 19 points.

Caine went 7-for-13 from the field and grabbed four rebounds.

Elizabeth Dominguez chipped in with six points and a game-high 10 rebounds.

Mia Reyes provided five points and nine boards.

Payton Lakey led Los Altos with 13 points.

Luna Dorado finished with 10 points in the loss.

And Ariana Botello had eight points, including both of LAHS’ 3-pointers.

Up next: GHS travels to Portola on Saturday night at 7.

The Bulldogs (19-10) defeated their hosts from Paramount, 64-41, on Thursday evening.
