Quotable:
Pasadena coach, Tony Brooks: “It’s great to get a big road win against a very good team in Crescenta Valley. We knew that would be well prepared and they’d be ready for us. They have a slew of great shooters which always keeps them in the game no matter what the score. I felt early on they were the aggressor and executed better than us. But I was very proud of how we came together defensively and were able to step up our intensity in the second half. Tim Anderson and Josh Irving were key for us in leading the way and I’m especially proud of Parris Dinkins who did a phenomenal job on their best player. Parris made things difficult along with Troy Wilson, Kaleb Corner and Derek Jordan, which allowed us to finally get control of the game and extend our lead.”
