Girls Hoops:
Glendora opened the 2025-26 season with a 64-point thumping over their visitors from Nogales High School.
The Tartans got scoring from seven separate players, while the Nobles saw Jordin Glass score nine of their 11 points.
Glass went 5-for-11 from the free-throw line.
Reagan Herrmann, or ‘Ronnie’ as she’s called, outscored NHS, 20-11.
Remy Caine hit a game-high three 3-pointers, and she finished with 19 points.
Kamryn Kuo chipped in with 10 points, including a pair of 3’s.
Six of Mia Reyes’ eight came from beyond the 3-point arc.
Milana Luera chipped in with six points in Monday’s win.
GHS led 26-2 after the first period and 46-8 at the half.
NHS scored just three second-half points, including zero in the third quarter.
Up next: The Tartans will host Northview (0-0) on Tuesday evening at 6:30.
