Quotable:
Northview coach, Marcel Perez: “I’m glad we were able to start off league with a win. It wasn’t pretty, but I feel our kids overcame some ups and downs this game, and we were able to settle down and get the job done. We let them get back in the game within two points, but our team was able to make some big plays on defense and offense to pull away at the end. Good teams finish and get the W at the end of the game. We’re looking forward to the rest of our league games since we will be changing leagues next year.”
