Baseball:
San Dimas went 1-2 against Colony in a trio of Hacienda League games during the 2025 regular season.
The Saints finished one-game back of the Titans in third place, and six games behind the league champions from South Hills.
On Tuesday, SDHS knocked the No. 1 seed out of the D-3 playoffs with a 7-5 victory in Ontario.
CHS had a first-round bye.
The Saints are now the lone Hacienda League program still alive in the postseason.
San Dimas scored two runs each in the first three innings, and they never trailed.
Dean Brosterhouse went 4 1/3 innings to earn the win.
James Rocha got out of a bases loaded and no out scenario in the bottom of the seventh to earn the save.
Rocha induced a ground out and then consecutive strikeouts to end the game.
Noah Lara went 3-for-4 with a pair of doubles, two runs and an RBI.
Adrian Sifuentes was hit by pitch with the bases loaded, and Steven Gonzales had an RBI ground out.
James Cook drew a bases loaded walk.
Angel Serna and Carlos Barba walked and scored one run apiece.
Ricardo Zazueta and Aidan Castro had one single apiece for the Titans.
Noah Lara got the loss after surrendering six hits (two earned) on four hits and three walks over three innings.
Vaughn Coleman went 2-for-3 with a pair of walks, two runs and an RBI.
Ashton Romero had an RBI single and a double.
Aaden Escarcega singled and drove in a run on a sac fly.
AJ Larios drew three walks, singled and scored a pair of runs.
Jason Almeda walked and had an RBI ground out.
Jayden Claros, Josh Calcanas and Dean Brosterhouse scored one run apiece.
Up next: The Saints will host Paraclete on Friday at 3:15.
The Spirits (17-13) defeated their visitors from Fullerton, 6-3, on Tuesday.
