Congrats to South Hills coach Darren Murphy on his seventh league title at SHHS, which goes with the seven he won as Northview’s head coach.

It goes with his two CIF-SS championships, one at each school.

Quotable:

South Hills coach, Darren Murphy: “At the beginning of the year, we had three goals. One, to become league champs, collect 20 wins, and earn a CIF-SS championship. We are closing in on win No. 20, so we should have two of three goals met as we head into the playoffs.”
