Apparently, they ran out of pitching after four games this week.
PHS will officially be credited with a 10-0 Pacific League victory.
Reese Kim got the win after one scoreless inning.
Kim allowed two hits and struck out a pair of Hoover batters.
Alex Weimar and Jacob Vangor both had singles for Hoover.
Jacob Vangor was charged with 10 unearned runs.
He walked three and struck out one Bulldog.
PHS sent 14 batters to the plate.
Reese Kim actually flew out with a runner on first for the first out.
However, he got another chance in that same inning and doubled in three.
Kaleb Derosier drew a pair of walks and scored both times
Adrian Oseguera singled, scored and drove in two.
Jayden Mendoza and Dylan Derosier both went 1-for-1 with a run and one RBI apiece.
Bruno Pierandozzi scored and had one RBI.
Fabio Castillo walked and scored.
Ian Van Zyl scored twice.
