After starting the season 1-2, Los Osos has won six consecutive games.

The Grizzlies have wins over Great Oak (13-3), Maranatha (3-2 in 9 innings), Arlington (9-0), Great Oak (12-5), Ocean View (12-5) and Santa Margarita (5-1) by a combined margin of 50-16 over the last three weeks.

Gavin Loeb-Keene went six strong innings and allowed one run on three hits to earn the win.

Loeb-Keene issued three walks and registered three strikeouts.

Jordan Mejico went a perfect seventh inning, including one strikeout.

Lucas Owens doubled, tripled and scored.

Gavin Spiridonoff singled to account for the rest of the SMHS offense.

Brody Schumaker’s sac fly in the sixth inning pulled Santa Margarita to within 3-1 of the Grizzlies.

Brennan Bauer went five innings for the Eagles and allowed one run on two hits.

Bauer issued one walk and fanned four LOHS batters.

Noah Darnell and Chris Saucedo went one inning apiece and they both surrendered two runs on two hits.

Josh Chairez tripled and scored two runs.

John Flores had an RBI single in the seventh.

Drew Cromwell walked and drove in a run on a sac fly.

Roberto Topete’s scored and his sac fly in the top of the first gave the Grizzlies a 1-0 lead.

Sean Brian went 2-for-3 and Reagan Samples had one single.

Lucas Brayton and Evan Jones scored one run apiece in Friday’s win.

Hunter Meyer had an RBI ground out.

Up next: LOHS will travel to Norco next Saturday morning at 11.
