Girls Soccer:
Corazon Adomou has put the Marshall Fundamental soccer program on her back.
It started with her leading the Eagles to an unbeaten run (10-0-3) to a Mission Valley League championship.
Two weeks later, and Adomou scored twice in Tuesday’s 2-0 victory over Riverside Prep in the quarterfinal round of the CIF-SS Division 7 playoffs.
Marshall is now just one win from playing for a D-7 title.
Up next: The Lady Eagles travel to Lake Arrowhead to battle Rim of the World on Saturday night at 5.
The Scots (9-14-2) were locked in a 2-2 tie with Desert Hot Springs, but they advanced on penalty kicks, 5-4.
In the other semifinal, Vista Del Lago will host Grace.
