Boys Basketball:
La Salle bounced back nicely from Friday’s (point loss to Mary Star) with a 68-43 victory over Cantwell Sacred Heart.
After a competitive first quarter, the Lancers went on a 45-23 run the rest of the way.
Emmitt Claiborne led the way with 21 points.
AJ Hudson provided nine points.
Anthony Gibbs and Cane Ortiz chipped in with eight points apiece.
With three games to play, La Salle is one-game ahead of CSM for third place in the Santa Fe League standings.
Up next: The Lancers travel to Cantwell Sacred Heart on Wednesday at 7.
